What we do with your information.
This notice covers the enquiry form on the programme page and the waitlist on the enablement page. It is written to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, where it applies to you, Article 13 of the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Who is responsible
Vetrix Global Services Ltd, trading as Vetrix Labs, decides how the information described here is used and is responsible for it.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: your name, your role, your work email address, your phone number if you give one, your company name and website, the countries the business operates in, and your description of the business, the systems it has run and the data in them. From the waitlist: your name, your work email address and what you are trying to fix. We also record the page you arrived from and the time of submission.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want any personal data belonging to your customers, staff or users at this stage. Nothing is uploaded through this site and no system is connected to it. Questions about personal data inside your systems come later, after a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Why we use it
To assess whether your business fits the programme, to come back to you with that answer either way, and if it does fit, to introduce you to a specialist data partner. The waitlist is used only to contact you when the enablement work opens.
Our lawful basis
Consent, which you give with the confirmation boxes on the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry that was sent to us. You can withdraw consent at any time using the address below.
Who we share it with
Nobody, unless your enquiry qualifies and you agree to an introduction. At that point we introduce you to a specialist data partner, who is named to you at the point of introduction. Beyond that, the information sits with the service providers that host this site and store the enquiries for us, and nowhere else. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is held
The site runs on Vercel and enquiries are stored in Google Workspace. Both process data outside Nigeria, which means your information may be handled in the United States and the European Union under the safeguards those providers publish.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry that does not proceed for 24 months, then delete it. Where an enquiry does proceed, the information is kept for as long as the resulting agreement requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it, and object to how we are using it. We answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or to your own supervisory authority if you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no third party fonts or scripts. The site stores your light or dark theme choice in your own browser, which never leaves your device. We use privacy-preserving analytics that count page views without identifying you.
