Vetrix Labs

Programme 01Open now

There is a market for the data your systems have been producing.

If your systems have been running for a few years, that history may be licensable. You see the terms before anything is signed.

No data is shared at enquiry stage. Nothing is binding.

How it works

The process, start to finish.

Six steps. You can stop at any point.

01

Tell us what you have

Complete the enquiry below. You are listing the systems you have run and for how long. No data is shared and nothing is uploaded.

02

We review and confirm fit

We look at what you have described and come back to you either way.

03

Secure validation link

You receive a secure link to connect the systems you listed, so their contents can be confirmed against what you described. Connections are read only and nothing is transferred at this stage.

04

Mutual non-disclosure agreement

Once validation is complete, you sign a mutual NDA with our data partner directly. Everything from here is covered by it.

05

Offer

You receive an offer for the data, based on what validation actually found. Any gaps are identified and worked through with you first.

06

Data licensing agreement

If you accept, you execute a licensing agreement and payment follows on the terms agreed. Have your own counsel read it first. We would expect nothing less.

You and our partner

Vetrix Labs handles the first three steps and stays alongside you for the rest. There is no cost to you at any stage.

What qualifies

Not every company qualifies.

Here is the whole test, so you can rule yourself in or out before filling anything in.

Two years or more of continuous history

in the systems concerned. Less than that and there is not enough to license.

Genuine day to day activity

in those systems. Real use by real people, over real time.

Any status

active, winding down, acquired, or closed years ago. A business that no longer trades still qualifies.

Any sector and any size

telecoms, energy, logistics, finance, health and more, from ten people to several thousand.

A trial or an empty instance

A system nobody used is not worth anything to anyone, including you.

Data you do not have the rights to

If it belongs to a client or a former parent company, that has to be resolved first.

Stopping

How you get out, at every stage.

Worth reading before you start rather than after.

Before you send the enquiry

Nothing exists. Close the tab. We have nothing of yours because nothing has been submitted.

After the enquiry, before validation

Write to us and we delete the enquiry. There is no data to return because none was ever shared, only your description of what exists.

During validation

The connections are read only and you can revoke them from your own systems at any moment, without telling us first. Nothing is transferred at this stage, so revoking ends it.

After the NDA, before an agreement

You can decline the offer with no obligation and no cost. The NDA continues to protect both sides on what was discussed.

After a licensing agreement is signed

This is governed by the agreement itself, not by us, and it is the reason we tell you to have your own counsel read it before you sign. Ask what it says about withdrawal and about anything already trained. If the answer is not acceptable to you, that is the moment to say so.

Who you are dealing with

A registered company, not a project.

Vetrix Labs is the applied AI arm of Vetrix Global Services Ltd. The non-disclosure agreement is between companies, not individuals, and the licensing agreement is executed with our data partner directly rather than through us, so what you sign does not depend on Vetrix still being in the room. That matters more in this market than it should. Two of the data licensing companies operating a year ago have since been acquired and their sites are gone.

Enquiry

Tell us what you have.

About five minutes. The systems question is the one that decides it, so take your time there.
